Registration Fees

Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person by 31 May 2022. Any paper not linked to a registered person by 31 May 2022 will be withdrawn from the technical program and proceedings.

One Regular Registration covers up to three (3) papers. One Student Registration covers up to two (2) papers. The Registrant who covers the fee for a paper must be the author or co-author of the registered paper.

Conference Networking Event: A Private AP-S/URSI 2022 Organized Tour of Rocky Mountains

(Saturday, July 16, whole day, tentatively from 9:00-19:00)

A visit to the unique mountain town of Estes Park (7500 ft), the famed haunted Stanley Hotel, and the spectacular Rocky Mountain National Park, travel to the “Land Above the Trees” at 12,183 feet (3,713 m) above the sea level, and the Continental Divide, feeling like on the top of the world. These venues are truly unique and spectacular, and this tour is the best “avenue” for networking and “society” building.

This is a subsidized ticketed event. The fee includes narrated motorcoach transportation, entrance to the National Park, picnic lunch at the Roaring River, and a lot of fun and interactions.

On Sunday, July 10, Advance Registration only will be available beginning at 07:00 - badge pickup, conference materials, etc. On-site Registration will open on Monday, July 11 at 07:00

Registration Terms & Policies
  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered online) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. The Regular Registration does not include Short Courses.
  3. The Regular Registration does not include the Conference Banquet.
  4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.
  5. Attendees selecting the Reviewers’ Luncheon will be checked against the Journal Reviewer List to verify eligibility.
  6. Both Half-Day and Full-Day Short Courses include lunch.

Every individual attending the event must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 on or before 15 June 2022. No refunds after 15 June 2022
